About Venita Welcome
a disruptor of false PERCEPTIONS based on biblical wisdom
As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. Psalms 42:1. The deer showed up in my backyard one summer day and stayed all morning.
Hey! I am a licensed counselor, Christian spiritual mentor, certified emotional intelligence facilitator, teacher, and life learner. I love being a Christian and learning how to apply biblical truths to my life and to help others.
My belief is that no one should be denied Christian counseling by licensed counselors. The Ernestine Winfrey Community & Counseling Center (waiting for name change approval from Ernestine Winfrey Fund) mission is to provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families without health insurance.
I enjoy my podcast, photography, reading, walking, and exploring new cities. My favorite food is a tasty slice of pizza with thin crusts.
