Welcome to The Joy Garden: the space to plant ideas, nurture curiosity, and create with pleasure. Cultivated by Vasylysa Shchogoleva, a female artist and architect from Kharkiv, currently based in Berlin.

I believe that creativity, experimentation, and pleasure are essential ingredients of a joyful and meaningful life. Through my work, I aspire to hold space for curiosity, play, and creating with pleasure—a space where art becomes a tool for reconnecting with oneself, one’s imagination, and with each other.

• Co-lecturer of Methods and Tools of Urban Research, Participatory Practices at the Kharkiv School of Architecture
