1. You cannot request a refund. Once you paid for the voucher, returning it is no longer possible.
2. If you change your mind, you can give this voucher as a gift to a friend or relative. Send an email to [email protected] and inform the school's administration.
3. If you paid by mistake, you can inform the school by e-mail within 4 hours of the purchase to ask for a refund.
4. If you pay for the voucher but do not come to lessons, the lessons are considered to be held.
5. If you want to reschedule the lesson, you should do it 24 hours before the lesson.

6. Homework check-up is paid separately and one check-up is one lesson from the package.

7. Remember that we do not reply to phone questions. You will have to write to us at [email protected]. We will gladly respond to your emails. Alternatively, you can use Google Chat to ask quick questions.
