We now come to the reason I started talking about Macross. Through this multiple part look at Macross Frontier, I will show why this is not only my favorite entry in the entire franchise but why I think it is the best Macross entry.
I had a heck of time with the YouTube ‘friendly’ version of this review and ended up taking out about 7 minutes worth of footage to even get it accepted for viewing. It was still blocked in Japan (figures) but hey, at least it’s on YouTube. The Vimeo version here is my original cut.
