Do you send Thank You notes/ gifts for clients at the end of the year? I send mine in November - so they can hopefully enjoy my note (and any goodies I may send with it) before the holiday chaos begins!
Here's something I insert in my note / package -- I enclose 2 of these and label one "For You" and another "For a friend" (stapled to a 20% off coupon).
