I retired early in 2024 at 45 and have been traveling full time ever since, mostly slow trips through Southeast Asia where I stay one to three months in a place before moving on.
I write at unrushedmotion.com about the parts of this life that do not show up in the highlight reel: keeping a U.S. domicile, banking and ATM fees abroad, mail forwarding, health insurance overseas, phone and eSIM setup, and booking long-haul flights with points. All of it comes from my own experience, and all of it is free. No ads, no affiliate links, nothing behind a paywall.
