The Mammy’s Mental Health Emergency Toolkit
£2
Let’s be real for a second, Lads. We’ve all had those days. The days where the toddler is screaming because his toast is "too pointy," the teen is communicating solely through door-slams, and the baby has decided that your shirt is a communal napkin.
You’re standing in the middle of the kitchen, your brain feels like it’s vibrating, and you realize: If one more person touches me or says the word "Mammy," I might actually launch myself into the Irish Sea.
That is why I created the Emergency Toolkit. This isn't a "wellness guide" written by someone with a minimalist flat and a quiet life. This is a survival manual from the trenches of a three-kid household.
What’s inside the "Break Glass" Box? 🛠️
The Code Red Bathroom Sanctuary: A tactical guide on how to secure the only room with a lock and pretend you’re "deep-cleaning" when you’re actually just eating a Twix in the dark.
The 5-Minute Iman Reset: How to find your spiritual anchor when the house feels like a riot. A reminder that your prayer mat is a "No-Fly Zone" for household chaos.
The Sensory Overload "Hard Reset": Practical, fast hacks to stop the "inner scream" and bring your nervous system back from the brink.
Official Mammy Permission Slips: Pre-signed excuses to order the pizza, leave the laundry, and put yourself first for once.
This toolkit is for you if: ❌ You’ve ever hid in the pantry. ❌ You’ve ever "forgotten" you had a phone when it rang. ❌ You’re doing your best, but your "best" is currently hanging on by a single hair-tie.
Stop trying to be a saint and start being a survivor. Your mental health isn't a luxury; it’s the engine that keeps the whole madhouse running.
