About under20racks
under20racks is a free design reference for server rooms of 20 racks or fewer — the small room that nearly all published data center guidance skips straight past on its way to the hyperscale example.
It's a 28-section guide plus 14 editable drawing sheets covering layout, airflow, power, grounding, fire protection and cabling. Everything is free, ad-free and openly licensed.
The site runs on a small monthly hosting bill.
