Our goal is to inspire LGBT+ people to travel the world and we provide a variety of resources, tips and advice to help you plan that awesome next trip. In fact, 2022 marked our 10 year blog-iversary and it all started when we sold everything we owned and left Chicago, grabbed a backpack and spent a year traveling to more than 35 countries on a round-the-world trip. It’s been quite a journey since then. 



Two Bad Tourists wouldn’t be anything without our readers, followers and subscribers and we want to thank you for being one of the loyal ones. Now enter 'Buy me a coffee'…a platform for creators (that’s us!) that allows our biggest fans to support the work we do. With a small financial contribution (e.g. buying us a coffee) you can show your support and help us continue to create awesome travel content. For us, Two Bad Tourists is more than a hobby. It’s a passion and a business that we are constantly navigating with great successes but also some occasional failures. That's life, right? In all honesty, we’re just two hardworking entrepreneurs trying not to go bankrupt….but hey, it’s been a great decade so far. We wouldn’t change a thing and we’re glad you’re along for the ride. 


Oh and let’s be honest. We’d much rather have a 'glass of wine' than a cup of coffee. And while we’re being honest, we’d much rather have a bottle than a glass. You can be sure we’ll enjoy one of our Spanish favorites whether it’s a white Albariño from Galicia or a red Ribera del Duero from Castilla y León.
