Born in Munster, Indiana, I lived in Amsterdam from age 29-37, worked in more than 10 countries, and speak 🇳🇱 Dutch 🇪🇸 Spanish 🇺🇸 English.

Mission: To make systems of oppression obsolete everywhere I can.

Vision: Every person has the right to be real and live in dignity.

Leadership principles - TULO: Transparency, Unity, Leadership and Optimism.

Studied at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), in 2013 after 13 years of business and strategy consulting (Accenture, Booz & Company)

Coaching credentials: PCC, CPCC, CPTC, HBDI, The Leadership Circle Profile, The Energy Project-People Fuel, ZengerFolkman Extraordinary Leader, VitalSmarts Influencer, VitalSmarts Crucial Conversations

Elected to the Town Council in my hometown of Munster, Indiana, USA, in 2019 - First Democrat in 20 years.

On Coaching: I believe that coaching can, does, and will change the world. I believe that policy matters. I am committed to bringing coaching to government as a way to increase the humanity, empathy, insight, and foresight of policy.

My Mission: To increase our collective consciousness so that social and racial justice in America becomes the obvious and irresistible choice.

On Race: BlackLivesMatter. It’s a fact. #StopAsianHate. It’s a must. I was raised (aka “groomed”) in a white-centered world. After finally waking up when Botham Jean, who worked where I work, was murdered in his apartment Dallas in September 2018, I am now firmly committed to becoming less racist every day. I am actively “veering away” from the white-centered way of life, and I looking to collaborate with others who aim to make the status quo obsolete.

“I’m complete.”
