Trust in Hiring is a passion project built around a simple belief: people deserve more transparency, more power, and better tools when navigating systems that can have an enormous impact on their lives.

I’ve spent more than a decade working in SaaS and technology, and I wanted to use that experience to build something that serves humans first, not corporations. This project is my way of applying what I know about technology, data, systems, and user experience toward making the hiring process a little more transparent, fair, and humane in a time when unemployment is devastatingly high, and pay is devastatingly low.

I build and maintain Trust in Hiring independently. Contributions help cover the technology, data, infrastructure, and other costs required to keep the site running and continue improving it.
