Here's a sample, generic itinerary for Hong Kong which can be used for your visa application. Feel free to edit as required and look out for my complete guide, which is coming soon!

Wednesday

Morning:

  • Departure from Seoul via morning flight to Hong Kong.

  • Arrive in Hong Kong and proceed to immigration and baggage claim.

  • Transfer to the hotel and check in or drop off luggage (depending on the hotel’s check-in policy).

Afternoon:

  • Explore the vibrant Causeway Bay Area, renowned for its bustling streets, trendy shops, and local eateries.

  • Enjoy a traditional Hong Kong dim sum lunch at a local restaurant

Evening:

  • Head to Victoria Harbour to witness the stunning skyline views at sunset.

  • Consider taking a ride on the iconic Star Ferry for a unique perspective of the city.

  • Explore the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, and enjoy the Symphony of Lights show at 8:00 PM (optional).


Thursday

Early Morning:

  • Start the day with a sunrise hike to the Red Incense Burner Summit at Braemar Hill. This spot offers breathtaking views of the city and harbour.

  • Return to the hotel for breakfast and refreshments.

Mid-Morning:

  • Visit the Avenue of Stars along Victoria Harbour to admire the handprints of famous Hong Kong film stars and the Bruce Lee statue.

  • Proceed to Choi Hung Estate, a vibrant residential area famous for its rainbow-coloured buildings, perfect for photography enthusiasts.

Afternoon:

  • Explore Kennedy Town, a trendy neighbourhood known for its charming cafes, waterfront vibes, and laid-back atmosphere. Enjoy a light meal or coffee at one of the local spots.

Evening:

  • Return to the hotel to pack and freshen up.

  • Have dinner at a nearby restaurant or grab a quick bite.

Late Night:

  • Check out from the hotel by 10:00 PM.

  • Transfer to the airport for the 2:00 AM flight to Nairobi.
