Hola 👋 I'm Marisa. Latina she/her/ella. I’m a literal and metaphorical seed holder, seedling planter, growth tender, and biofilia venerator. I use the Divine wisdom of nature, science, and human design to provide a context and story of healing and transformation.

I'm a trauma coach who has evolved out of a dynamic career in fitness, nutrition, and medical exercise into the complex world of coaching people through the hard journey of healing toxic stored traumatic stress and life patterns.

It was in studying, analyzing, and surveying my clients on their cancer, autoimmune, chronic pain, and chronic disease journey that led me into the curiosity of how trauma, both physical and emotional, affects the body. ⁣

This member-focused community is born out of a hope to continue doing what I do best - teach people how to do emotional healing while living the struggle of stress in their thoughts, emotions, and body.

I will post on this platform from time to time, but the bulk of content is offered through a members only "Library for Courage." Once you become a member, you'll be given access to all the curated and original content on emotional healing. I've done the tedious work for you-- sifting through, narrowing, summarizing, created explanatory graphics, and organizing the plethora of healing resources available on the topics of body-mind connection, relational reconciliation, boundaries, effective communication, shame, fitness and nutrition, real life healing journey experiences, nervous system science, and much more.

Your membership support provides the time I need to do all the research, reading, watching, listening, studying, summarizing, decolonizing concepts, and creating resources.
