I built Transparent News because I was tired of only seeing one side of every story. The site monitors 49 news sources across the full political spectrum — from Democracy Now to Fox News — and uses semantic AI to automatically group headlines about the same event together. No editorial picks, no algorithm tuned for clicks. Just side-by-side comparisons so you can see how each outlet frames the same story.
This is a one-person project. No investors, no ads, no sponsors. Every line of code, every filter, every decision about what sources to include — that's me. Your support keeps the servers running and the site independent. Even a single coffee helps more than you'd think.
