Simplified Strategy Overview
The TradingWithABot BTC Scalper signal and the associated 3commas bot settings were specifically designed to focus on trading Bitcoin. The primary objective is to accumulate more BTC over time, considering its long-term value as the leading cryptocurrency.
In the future, I have plans to expand the signal and bot to include other major cryptocurrencies, such as Ethereum, providing an opportunity for a diversified crypto portfolio.
Already today, however, you have the flexibility to choose how you take your profits. If you prefer a stable currency like USDT, you can customize the bot settings accordingly and opt to take profit in USDT.
In the following sections, I will describe the preconfigured bot settings (often referred to as presets or templates) and will guide you on how to customize them to suit your preferences.
Bot Trading Pairs
- BTC / USDT
The TradingWithABot BTC Scalper signal is currently available for the BTC/USDT trading pair. However, I am open to expanding the signal based on user requests, whether it's for other BTC/Stable Currency pairs or different crypto coins/tokens like ETH/USDT.
The reason behind starting with BTC is rooted in the development of this strategy for the Binance Coin-M/Bybit Inverse platform. By trading the coin-margined contract, I am able to accumulate more bitcoin, as I strongly believe in its long-term value appreciation as the flagship cryptocurrency.
Currently Supported Exchanges
On 3commas, the signal and the strategy are supported on Binance, Bybit, OKX, Kucoin and Houbi.

On Mizar, the bot can be run on Binance, Bybit, OKX and Bitget.
DCA Settings
When using the TradingWithABot Scalper signal, there are two settings available for both Long and Short bots, which I call "Wide" and "Mini".
The Wide settings are the default option and can be used in any market conditions. They are specifically designed to navigate sideways markets, consolidations, occasional price swings, and manipulations.
On the other hand, the Mini settings are more narrow and condensed. They are ideal for strongly trending markets, such as a robust bullish trend. The Mini settings have the potential for higher profits but also carry increased risk. I will provide further details on risk management in the dedicated section below.
Note: This strategy performs well with DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging). A non-DCA (no Safety Order) setup is possible, but it would require a Stop Loss and may produce drawdowns during market choppiness. I will write a separate section discussing the settings that use a Stop Loss in June.

Target profit (%) Settings
When using the TradingWithABot Scalper signal, the default target profit percentage (TP %) on the shared bots is set at 0.30%.
It is important to note that the TP % setting can be customized to suit your preferences and risk tolerance. I recommend a range between 0.15% and 0.60% for the TP % setting. Additionally, I will provide a monthly review of the signal's performance, including bots that utilize different variations of settings, allowing you to track and analyze the signal's effectiveness.

Risk and Money Management
When utilizing 3commas DCA bots, such as the ones I've shared with you, it's crucial to incorporate effective risk and money management strategies. There are three key aspects to consider:
Initial Margin: This is the amount of capital required to continue opening orders based on your DCA bot settings.
Additional Margin: It's important to allocate extra margin to account for potential price deviations, such as a drop in price for Long positions or a surge for Short positions, after all safety orders have been opened.
Reserve Capital: Keeping extra capital in your account allows you to sustain trading activities even if your current DCA bot encounters challenges or becomes "stuck."
In simpler terms, it's advisable to use only a small portion of your overall capital when trading with a DCA bot. This ensures that you have sufficient funds to open safety orders, withstand negative unrealized losses (uPNL) without prematurely closing your trade, and potentially create a hedge or auxiliary bot for continuous trading.
