The term "past life" and "past life regression" is bandied around a lot these days... I created my YouTube channel to help folks understand what it is and to understand the benefits. I hope you check it out.

On my channel, I've tried to share a variety of the fascinating past life regressions that my clients have had to exemplify how far reaching this therapy can be. And how successful.  

I use hypnosis and guided meditation to help my clients regress to a previous life. In a session my clients have connected with their “other” selves, with their higher selves, guides and angels. These being of light want your highest and best good at all times. 

Past life regression can assist in healing physical and emotional challenges appearing in this life but whose source is from another time. 

I’ve been a hypnotherapist since 2000, and am also schooled in Reflexology, Therapeutic Touch, Reiki Herbology, Homeopathy, The Silva Method, EFT and meditation.
