I have lived the struggle as an artist and poet. I have done well and am sharing the insights and wisdom I have learned over 50 years with the creative community that I know are working through that same struggle of living life, raising kids, making the bills and finding time and energy for the creative life. It can be done. It must be done and you can do it. But it takes plenty of coffee for an old guy like me to sit down in the morning and write something worth reading.
The other big project is the Ontological Museum Archives. This is a sprawling art project that is constant and ongoing. We archive art and artifacts by contemporary artists from all over the world and produce publications and arrange exhibitions. This takes a lot of time and money.
So since you are here, buy me a coffee and leave me a kind note of encouragement. I thank you profusely for your generosity! When you do, you become a part of the Coffee Club for random 'coffeehouse style' conversation about almost anything that comes to mind.

I attended a workshop of yours in Oaxaca with my friend Jocelyn Pollard many years ago. It was a wonderful experience for me and I purchased 3 of your collages and they are presently on the wall in my art room. I love your art and hope to one day purchase one of your ascetic writing pieces. I am basically a textile artist and have done a hand embroidered ascetic piece. Your writings about art are so helpful and so well written and I am happy to buy you a coffee
