Pension AI is a free UK retirement planner I built because the existing options were either oversimplified ("you need £x by 67 — good luck"), locked behind a sign-up wall, or selling you something at the end.
It does the things actual UK savers need: projects your DC pension and ISA, models drawdown with proper UK tax bands, factors in the State Pension and any DB pension, lets you stress-test against market crashes and sequence-of-returns risk, and runs Monte Carlo simulations so you see a range of outcomes rather than a false single number.
No account is needed to use it, your data stays in your browser by default, and it's not affiliated with any pension provider — so the recommendations are whatever the maths actually says, not whatever pays the highest commission.
Keeping it free means the only people who pay are the kind ones who choose to. A coffee buys an hour of work — adding new features, keeping the tax bands current as HMRC changes them, and paying the (small but real) hosting bill.
