Hi there! I'm a UX Designer, which basically means I spend my days making things less frustrating for people. If you've ever used a website or app and thought, "Wow, that was surprisingly easy to use," then you can thank me for that. And if you've ever used a website or app and thought, "What in the world were they thinking? This is a nightmare," then you can blame someone else for that (just not me, please).
I believe that good design should be like a good joke - it shouldn't need an explanation. But if you do need me to explain it, then I'll gladly grab a cup of coffee with you and break it down.
