Writers are collectors. We collect words, scraps of dialogue, snippets of inspiration scribbled on napkins. We keep journals full of half-written thoughts because we know nothing is wasted—it might spark something later.
God is a collector too. But instead of words, He keeps our tears. Psalm 56:8 says He stores every tear in a bottle and records them in His book. Not one cry of your heart goes unnoticed or unremembered.
And just like a writer turns raw notes into chapters, God turns tears into stories of redemption. Hannah’s tears became the story of Samuel’s birth. Mary’s tears at the tomb became the first announcement of the Resurrection.
💧 So don’t despise the messy drafts of your life. God is saving every line, every drop, and weaving them into something worth publishing for His glory.
