Which beLIEfs have YOU been carrying, holding on to, attached to... that are BLOCKING your JOY and flow of abundance?...
And before we go any further...
Truth, first thing(s) that come up when you think of abundance are....?
Now... before we go any further again...
Let's give your beautiful mind permission and instruction to forget everything it thinks it already knows about abundance... even if just for a moment...
so that you may receive an expanded perspective of what else is possible and available for you...
🌺 Abundance is a state of BEing... it's your natural divine flow...
and when nothing is blocking that flow, then abundance can show up in ANY area of your life.
Abundance of EASE, abundance of JOY, abundance of VITALITY, abundance of FREEDOM, abundance of CREATIVE EXPRESSION, and yes, also abundance of MONEY... and on and on it goes...
It can also show up as abundance of lack, struggle, sacrifice...
after all, we're talking ABUNDANCE :) Plenty of...
And sometimes this requires an UPDATE of WHAT you are available for before what you SAY or beLIEve you desire can actually show up!
These beLIEfs can show up in a seemingly totally unrelated area of your life...
For example, clear the limiting beLIEfs around RECEIVING...
which tends to bring up every fear, disappointment, betrayal and hurt ever experienced... saying it's not SAFE to receive...
which will block your TRUST... in yourself, in Source, in your intuition...
and will put up walls and barriers around your heart to keep out more pain...
and then also blocks out the infinite abundance available for you!
Abraham-Hicks speak of the Vortex and your escrow account... where all you've been ASKING for already exists...
💥 Yet if you've put up walls to let in MONEY, as an example, because you've got a crap load of hidden judgements about money, rich people, what you have to do to 'get' money... or what will happen to you if/when you are wealthy...
and especially when you've done a crap load of healing and clearing in that area already...
adding on a whole lot of judgements and comparisons of yourself on top of all of that

Then you may have been focusing on clearing what's been blocking your MONEY flow... when in fact, what's required here is healing your unresolved issues around RECEIVING and clearing the JOY blockers connected to that...
See how this can trick you or trip you up?...
Perhaps for you it's not related to receiving...
and we'd have to explore what the lynchpin is for YOU that's keeping LACK of JOY alive and well in some or all areas of your life...
To create space for (more) miracles in your everyday life... reflecting the miracle that is YOU...
So... in a meditation yesterday I saw a beLIEf that I'd picked up somewhere... that said:
Being rich comes at a price...
Basically saying it comes at the expense of love or wellbeing etc.
It showed up to me in Dutch (Rijk zijn gaat ten koste van....) and then it was revealed this had come from my maternal grandma...
and as I handed it back to her, saying I had outgrown this beLIEf and was giving it back to her, she smiled and said:
Hè,hè, finally!
And smiled as she said it was never mine to carry and she was so glad I'd now released myself from this burden!
Now, for those of you who have known me for a long time, you know I have done a LOT of healing of my money story... and that has included a LOT of ancestral clearing...
If you've read or experienced 40 Days of Money and Miracles, then you also know that this divine download came to me in 2013 and played a pivotal role in healing the relationship with money, Source, myself and life... not just for myself, also for everyone who has participated so far.
You may also have heard me share the story of my housesitting adventure leading me to my Lakshmi Residence... where the next level healing of my money stories took things to a whole new expansion phase... and many wealth frequency upgrades. :)
And you may also have read my story of celebrating my first ever $25K MONTH in 2018, followed by a few more 5 figure months...
and then...
CRASHING.
I'd hit my upper limit of RECEIVING... with EASE...
And turns out I had some deeper surrendering and healing to experience!
Just to share that no matter how much healing and clearing and upgrading you've already done...
Just like there's ALWAYS more JOY available...
there's also ALWAYS more expansion available.
And it's up to YOU to CHOOSE if that will be expansion through JOY and EASE...
or if you're unconsciously held hostage to some agreement, vow, oath or beLIEfs to keep playing by the old game rules of suffering, sacrifice and LACK.
I don't know about you but I played by that old game for a long, LONG, L O N G time... with the occasional visit out of that jail... just as I got close to busting through another upper limit... so as to prevent me from digging deeper...
It didn't stop me, though.
The right support kept showing up at the exact time I required a boost.. and continues to show up...
All as I continued training my TRUST and FAITH muscles whilst grounding/anchoring/emBODYing my JOY and LIGHT in deeper ways as space was created by clearing out whatever was ready to be healed and returned to unity...
Has it been easy?
FUCK NO!
I've wanted to quit more times than I can count on both hands.
Yet that was simply not an option.
And then... slowly but surely... the vision I've had for a long time is now coming to life!
In the most deLIGHTful ways with so much abundance showing up in so many ways that I've had to EXPAND my RECEIVING capacity and allowance over and over again!
The Soulfood Sanctuary was the start of this vision coming to life a year ago.
