Timothy's Travels: The back story.

I (Davey) began this channel originally as an escape from reality. The lady I married (Sarah) is bedbound due to 20 years of MS, this means she needs full-time care.

I have always done the caring and continue to do so, this meant that to escape for a while I would have to do things whilst Sarah was still sleeping.

I discovered Timothy and everything seemed possible again.

That's when the early morning routines began...I found that using the earliest time of the day enabled me to fulfil my caring duties and still be creative.

When things got really bad in the caring department and things got too much, Wing Commander T. Charlton came into our lives, everything became manageable again and Timothy's Travels could really get going.

Our teamwork and like-minded attitude to life has allowed every day to feel like a wonderful adventure.

With WCTC filming from the ground and myself from the air we have found a really lovely style which is constantly developing.

All this does have a cost, as we do travel a lot, fuel generally is our main outgoing.. we are now monetised on Youtube, the pennies from that do help and we are grateful for whatever we get, but it isn't a lot and doesn't cover our costs.

Any donations would be delightfully received and would help us in our mission to share our adventures and show off our wonderful coastline in all it's glory.
