My name is Katja and I'm a Mindvalley certified life coach, on a mission to support people build better lives. I deeply believe each and every one of us deserves and is capable of living a fulfilled and happy life. Sometimes, we just need a nudge in the right direction.

For a long time I was chasing goals and even achieving them, but I never really felt fulfilled. Whenever I achieved a goal, instead of celebrating and feeling happy, I just felt empty. I immediately started looking for the next goal that would be the ‘real’ key to happiness.

It took me quite a long time to realize, that these goals were not mine to begin with.

This is when things started to shift. I learned to change my mindset, broke free from my chains, and got to know myself. My true self. The one with unlimited potential and with a life that I really wanted to live.
