After lots of back and forth on if this is worthy of a release, I've decided theres no better time. With the community's doom and gloom turned into hype and excitement, I feel now is the perfect moment to release my best work (imo) made even spicier.
Ever since the release of NO MERCY SINCE 2064 in may of last year, I've been longing to make a track like it again. Don't get me wrong, I'm proud of the other Finals fan tracks I've released since then, they just have haven't hit the same for me in terms of that raw Finals feeling that I struck gold with the first time. I hate to re-release a track and kind of glaze my own work in a way, but I'd feel bad scrapping the track, knowing many people enjoyed the demos for this remix and wouldn't get to see the improved editing and finished version. So out it goes
I really wish I could put my fan tracks and remixes on Spotify. I'm beyond flattered when I'm asked, it just sucks knowing that obtaining the rights to The Finals' branding, SFX, logos, etc, would be a hugely complicated legal headache since Embark is a corporation with an IP and suits deal with such things. Thank you to everyone who has expressed interest in Spotify releases, I'm really sorry that I can't.
I also want to give a massive shoutout to NavyStreet.
The Finals community can be pretty ugly sometimes. You know theres drama, redditors, problematic figures, but when I earned my first penny on the internet doing what I liked for fun, all of that was forgotten. We need more people like you Navy. It really makes me appreciate the creative, hardworking and genuinely positive people that all share the passion in this phenomenal game, united by our commitment for its growth. Thank you Navy. You have no idea how much your support means to me ♥️
