Continuing on with the last update here, the changes I made today are intended to move the project close to a proper release. I have two things to show off: one sort of flashy and the other is not much to look at (but is integral to the project's functionality!)
Because it's flashier, I'll show the latest thing first - TM, HM, Tutor, Egg, Transfer, and more Moves can be edited now! It's certainly a bit busy looking, but perhaps in the future it will have the ability to scale to the user's liking. The functionality for the scaling is somewhat set up, there just needs to be a control for it. Here is how it's looking right now:

And the last thing to show off is pretty basic to look at. Since the addition of the ability to save your changes (Day 2 or so, I think), the output has not been terribly useful. The issue was that it was completely littered with empty strings, null values, or even unnecessary information. The files were huge compared to their Pixelmon counterparts. Unfortunately, as I am still not at home, I cannot test the new output files - but I can show off how they compare to the vanilla ones now!

Tada! It's actually 2 lines LESS than the vanilla file. Now - it should be stated that I'm not sure if it is correct to be less, but the most important thing is that I have implemented a way to exclude information selectively. I'll show a little snippet of what that looks like below:
Attributes are used to tag the fields for when they should be ignored! If things need to be changed, I'll need to rethink the functionality of these tags. As is, the tags can work together, such that if any Ignore predicate is met, the output will not contain the field!
I have also been in conversations with people more well-versed in datapack creation than myself to hopefully get to some answers about the inconsistencies in Pixelmon data. Some forms are 'correct' without having an evolutions field at all, but I have heard that removing them for base forms might cause the datapack to error out - for example.
Tomorrow I hope to hear more back about that and maybe finish off this exporting process all-together. If not, the last requirement before the next release will be creating a movement editor, so that users can select movement properties for their Fakemon!
