Hi everyone! 👋

I'm Thieu Viet Hoang, a developer passionate about building practical, high-impact AI solutions. Today, I’m excited to share my latest open-source project: the K12Online AI Assistant — an Enterprise Dual-Engine RAG Chatbot designed to help Vietnamese educators seamlessly navigate over 383 complex administrative and technical guidelines.

What makes this project special?

Dual-Engine AI Architecture: Powered primarily by Google Gemini (with an automated 5-key OpenRouter failover pool) to ensure 24/7 high availability.
Lightning-Fast & Cost-Effective: Features a Pre-baked Warm Cache and multi-layer Redis caching that delivers instant 0ms responses for heavy documentation while cutting API costs by over 70%.
Zero-Friction Accessibility: Equipped with real-time SSE streaming, contextual follow-up cards, and a zero-cost client-side Web Speech voice input tailored for teachers of all ages.
Enterprise-Grade Security: Secured via Cloudflare Turnstile human-IP caching and a Zero-Knowledge Client-Side Vault (AES-256-GCM + PBKDF2).

💡 Why your support matters

Building, maintaining, and scaling production-ready AI tools involves ongoing infrastructure costs (such as cloud databases, caching layers, and API quotas). By buying me a coffee on Ko-fi, you are directly helping me keep these open-source services running, maintain domain names, and fuel late-night coding sessions for future educational tech tools.
