Introducing jwt-quick: A New TypeScript Library for Verifying JSON Web Tokens

I'm excited to announce that my latest library, jwt-quick, is now available on npm! This TypeScript library is designed for verifying JSON Web Tokens (JWTs) using JSON Web Key (JWK) sets URL endpoints in the browse​r.

To install the library, you can use either npm or yarn:

npm install jwt-quick

or

yarn add jwt-quick

Currently, the library supports the following algorithms for verifying JWTs:

• HMAC using SHA-256 (HS256)

• RSASSA-PKCS1-v1_5 using SHA-256 (RS256)

• ECDSA using SHA-256 (ES256)

• ECDSA using SHA-384 (ES384)

• ECDSA using SHA-512 (ES512)

Remember, this library uses the Web Crypto Subtle API to verify JWTs. Cryptography is a complex subject, and it is easy to make mistakes. This is a personal project, and it should be used with caution or in controlled environments. I'm not a cryptography expert, and I cannot guarantee the security of this library. Please use it at your own risk!
