My study life has been varied to say the least. I have a BSc (Hons.) in physiology and health sciences. I am a specialist practitioner in physical activity and weight management for obese and diabetic clients and I hold a level 4 personal trainer qualification, which means doctors can refer patients to me. I'm also a qualified phlebotomist with over a decade working with private blood testing labs.

Having worked in rehabilitation of clients for over 15 years I believe with that real-world experience and my qualifications in sport and conditioning science, as well as psychological aspects of athletic development, I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to help guide you towards optimal health. .

In addition to my qualifications, I have been a carnivore since early 2019 and have seen my health improve significantly. I have also attained qualifications in sports nutrition, pain management, blood work and lab analysis, as I am a qualified Phlebotomist and can give information about blood tests and what the tests mean, and anatomy knowledge. I am also a certified Osteopathic Spinal Manipulation and Medical Acupuncture practitioner.

On top of all that, I am constantly striving to improve my knowledge and skills by studying human stem cell science and the biochemistry of the brain and nervous system.
