(This movie should be R instead of PG-13 considering the nude woman and some blood, although at the time of its release, the woman I guess was more obscured from what I've heard as tv resolution was different lol)
(This show is a horror/drama so inevitability you have no show left if you skip every intense horror based conversation and the types of things that comes with it)

Beggining underwear scene spoiler
(Malcom walks over to his bathroom where a man has taken off all his clothes down to his underwear, he then tells his wife not to move or make a sound, he then tells him there's no needles or prescription drugs in this house, Malcom then backs away as the man moves twords him, the man then says "do you know why your afraid when you're alone?" (The man is shown acting crazy) He then says "I do, I do", Malcolm's wife then asks him what he wants, he then says "I want what he promised me" while pointing at Malcolm, Malcolm then asks "do I know you?", the man then says "don't you remember your own patients" he's now getting angry and shouting, (he then lists possibly that he's from a single parent family with mood disorders but I can't quite understand him as he's mumbling and the captions can't catch what he says lol) he then says "you told me I was having trouble coping with my parents divorce" he then says "wrong, wrong" then shouts "now look at me" and that he doesn't want to be afraid anymore and that he's a freak and people call him a freak, Malcolm then recognizes him and says Vincent Gray and that he does remember him and that he's very smart and he had unusual compassion, the man then says he's also cursed and then screams you failed me, Malcolm then says "I'm sorry if I didn't help you, but if you'd just let me try, just give me a chance", the man then pulls out a gun and shoots Malcolm and then himself in the head)

(The man shoots Malcolm and then himself, Malcom is laying on a bed covering his stomach where his wound is then the scene fades to black, no blood is shown and not much is seen but may still be a concern)

(Malcom is seen realizing he's been shot, it flashes back to when he was shot earlier in the movie and his wife is examining his wound that is pouring out blood, Malcolm in the present turns around to find his bullet wound and it's bloody)
