Hello everyone. Well, it's been a while since I posted on Buy Me A Coffee, but I thought I owed you all an update on life at The Silent Why HQ. So here's my latest post, and I'll email it to all you lovely followers of my BMAC page too.
First of all, a huge thank you to those of you that regularly support me or buy me fancy teas - your donations mean the world to me. I quite often have this nagging feeling of wanting to just keep thanking you all when I think of you, because you literally make the podcast and all my work in this arena possible. You're wonderful humans, thank you so much.
Annoyingly, I've had a spate of illness over the last eight weeks which has made me take my foot of the gas in many areas of work. However, I'm coming out the other side of that, gradually, and looking to all the new exciting things I can do with the podcast, but also the newly launched - Herman Company.

A lady who was recently sent a Herman during her chemo and radiotherapy treatment posted a picture of him on social media with these words:

As you can imagine that warmed my heart greatly, because that's exactly why I made him in the first place.

In podcast news we recently passed the halfway mark on our way to 101 losses! A big moment for us, and we're already well into the next 50 losses.
Tonight (2am UK time) Loss 54 goes live! This is an amazing episode with a friend of ours, and it explores the loss attached to a life of addiction to drink and alcohol, and the grief that comes with it.
We've also recently covered loss of hair through alopecia, death of a parent you didn't know if you loved, loss of life for a cardiac surgeon (very rare conversation in the medical world about loss of patients), loss of an arm and shoulder... and many more. Check out our official 101 loss list for more on those.
