All of my products in the shop are digital downloads, delivered instantly after purchase.

Because of the nature of digital files:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a file has been downloaded, I’m unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, I want every customer to feel supported.

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

Duplicate purchases

Accidental multiple charges

Technical issues preventing you from accessing your files

Incorrect file delivery (wrong item sent)
