5 Simple Tips for Manifesting Your Dreams & Goals

1. Pay attention to your thoughts! Everything you are thinking is being put into the

universe. Beware of thoughts like, “probably won’t get the job,” “I’m broke,”

“I’m struggling.” Those thoughts could prevent you from getting the job, blocking

any new financial opportunities and speak hardship into existence.

2. Practice current and future gratitude. Any time you are feeling negative: take a deep

breath, and name five things you are grateful for currently and even those that are

yet to come. Ie. “Today, I am ultimately grateful for my temple (body), I know that as

I care for myself today, my health improves for years to come. “

3. Speak it into Existence! Did you just roll your eyes? Ha, us too, at least we have a time

or two. We hear this so much that it begins to lose it’s meaning. But! Acknowledge that

you are ultimately protected by the universe, what is yours has already been

decided. For example: You have been frustrated with your current financials, you

apply for a new job, and you don’t get it. This is the universe providing, you see, for

every cause there is an effect. Now, that I have gotten your attention. You apply to more

jobs or get the courage to launch your own business and things began to fall into place,

almost, MAGICALLY! No, that was you speaking it into existence, and you continued

to move forward as the universe provided!

4. Open your heart! Sometimes we are in our own head, and subconsciously (deep, deep,

deep down) there is always that part of us that second guesses what we believe we deserve.

Make a note: talk to yourself as you would your best friend, your mom, your loved one or

even your pet. If you wouldn’t say that to them or allow anyone to say that to them,

then don’t say it to yourself. You are love and light. You deserve good things.

5. Align. Now that you have determined what you’d like to manifest, become

clearer with your intent. How will you feel if what you have manifested becomes your

reality? What things can you do today to begin feeling the way you would feel it

becomes your reality? Ie. Could you be thinking purposeful? Is everything you are

saying you want compatible with that you are thinking and doing?
