If I had to sum up my passions into a sentence, I would say I am a seeker of truth and goodness.

All of my life experiences from elite and collegiate gymnast to Army physician assistant to a chronic illness warrior have both shaped and been shaped by my quest to live my best and most authentic life.

I love offering free meditations and resources for those in need, and it's also nice, when someone feels moved to offer donations, to receive that generosity.
