Migraines suck

Took a day off due to not feeling well, pretty sure it's a migraine. The dizziness and nausea is no fun. I always feel so bad for calling in, but I know I shouldn't. Stupid work ethic. But I hope your Monday is going well. Have you experienced migraines or dizziness? Have any tips? It would be greatly appreciated. 💜
