The QS Salary Index is a free, independent salary benchmarking tool built for Quantity Surveyors.
It started as a simple idea: salary conversations in construction are often vague, awkward, or based on outdated survey data. I wanted to create something more useful, transparent, and genuinely shaped by the QS community.
The site collects anonymous salary submissions and turns them into live data that people can actually use when benchmarking pay, reviewing offers, preparing for salary reviews, or just trying to understand where they sit in the market. Every submission helps. Every coffee helps too.
