I was working at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel located at 762 West Heritage Park Blvd in Layton, Utah 84041 Saturday June 27th, 2026. A guest staying in room 209 approached me and asked for towels. I didn't have any, and had to get them from the laundry room. I informed the guest that I would bring them to her. Once I knocked on the door, I announced my job title, and she opened the door allowing her dog to attack and jump on me. The dog chased me up and down the hallway, and not once did she intervene to restrain the animal. I injured my back trying to escape the dog. I am an elderly woman, and I feared falling breaking a hip, or getting bitten. I need an attorney to sue for medical, chiropractic care, loss of wages, and emotional distress due to the harassment.
