About The Modern Bloke
The Modern Bloke is a Men's mental health initiative focusing on education, awareness and action.
Our aim is to support 1M Men to take action to improve their lives and therefore improve their mental health.
This is done through awareness on Socials, Podcast, Youtube, public speaking and then through action with workbooks, online courses and working with qualified coaches.
