Mavens is a self-funded movement, advocating for gender equality in the advertising & comms industry. We do this by amplifying underrepresented voices, challenging the status quo, and creating space for honest, courageous conversations that drive real change. Built on authenticity, collaboration and fearless advocacy, we work to champion equity and open new pathways so women and marginalised groups can thrive. Everything we do is powered by partnership, which is why we’ve launched Buy Me a Coffee as a simple way for our community to support our work. Contributions help us cover our operating costs, systems, platforms and advocacy, allowing Mavens to stay accessible and impact-driven, and keep pushing for a future where equality is the new normal.
