A grounded, care-centred approach to growth, autonomy, and self-trust

Hi, I am Natalia. I am the founder of The Matriarchs Hearth—a coaching and facilitation practice, advocating for emotionally intelligent, integrity-based, care-centric approaches to life and leadership.


I am Certified Master Coach with a Diploma in Coaching, practitioner on Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Matrix Therapies, and ADHD coaching. I support women, gender diverse people, and businesses to develop sustainable leadership and live meaningfully, purposefully, and authentically.


My work integrates personal empowerment with professional growth, grounding itn care and self-trust. Drawing on my lived experience as a queer, trans woman, I speak candidly about intersectionality, power, and compassionate leadership within capitalist-patriarchal systems.


I am a facilitator on LGBTIQA+ inclusion, diversity, mental health, and applying matriarchal values in modern life, workplaces and homes, bringing warmth, wisdom, and professional insight to lasting organisational change.
