The Love & Liberation Lab exists because my life’s work won’t fit neatly inside systems that undervalue, over police, and underpay truth-tellers. I became self-employed after more than two decades in these very systems and made the radical decision to choose myself over mistreatment. I chose wholeness and humanity over hierarchy, and I’m choosing them again now, in a moment where equity/justice work is being attacked, shunned, and funding is being cut. I’ve never pursued my life’s work to get rich. I do it to get free, and it’s never just about me. I move in my purpose to help others remember they are worthy of freedom, too.

Your "cup of coffee or tea" (I really do like both) helps to sustain me in my passion and purpose: the writing, facilitation, coaching, and education that names what others ignore and turns it into action. Any support can help cover the real costs of living and creating so that I can keep showing up in my authenticity, joy, and diligent disruption with love and liberation! It allows me to keep experimenting, expressing, and expanding to hold space where your wholeness is welcome.
