Right now they will be featuring great fall produce including pumpkins, squashes and more.
Laura Swiontek started Harvest Time Market as a place to sell her garden produce, breads, cake and pancake mixes and the farm's pure maple syrup.
She lives with her husband, Jared and their three boys on a two and a half acre of land where she's planted a large garden, asparagus plants and fruit trees. The asparagus should be ready for harvest next year.
Her father-in-law, Tim, operates a cow-calf beef operation as well as planting and harvesting crops. Jared and Laura work alongside, working with the cattle and crops.
She recently received word from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture that she can sell beef tallow at the farmstand.
