In 2024, while on maternity leave, I started this page because I couldn’t believe how hard it was to find up-to-date, local info for pregnant people and new parents in Limerick.

Whether it’s baby classes, mum groups, or helpful services, it felt like everything was scattered (or out of date). So I decided to gather it all in one place and make it easy for others.

The Limerick Mammy is totally free for both parents and local businesses, but it does take a lot of time to keep things current, research events, and share useful content.
