I don't know why I get so excited about writing a new blog post. Maybe it's because I love writing. I always have. I just wanted to pop in and give you a life update. So many things have changed for the better I must say. For one, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! I really have to get used to saying 2025. Like where is the time really going???
Like most people, I have done a lot of evaluating of my life and my ambitions. I have made a few changes. Let's be clear, I'm terrified BUT I am more terrified of NOT reaching my potential and not accomplishing some goals that I have simply because I am afraid. So, with my big girl undies on, I'm plowing full speed ahead. So here are the updates:
I am recommitting myself to YouTube. I really like that platform and I am going to post this year. In fact, I have several that I will be working on but for now, the main two will be my Self Care YT Channel and my fragrance YT Channel. I decided to make them separate because on the fragrance channel, I only want to focus on fragrance. On my self care YT channel, I will be focusing on all things self care, inside and out. Fragrance, at least for me is a part of self care but in the grand scheme of things, it is only a small part of self care. That channel will be self care from the inside out. I hope that makes sense.
I have all of the social media associated with those channels and others that I am creating. So, Instagram, Facebook, Threads are going to be my main go-to's. TikTok has been banned (at least temporarily) and silly me decided to delete the app and now I can't get it back. So for now, TikTok will be on the back burner until they figure that whole thing out. I will also reignite Harmony Blossom Books which is my coloring and activity book project. I haven't created anything new in a while but I am ready to get back in the lab to start creating new and improved coloring books for adults and children. Leveling up for me this year also includes finally launching my site: Harmony Blossom Books. I am selling on Amazon for now and that will suffice. I'm going to include the links to everything below because there are a lot.
Personally, my family and I will be relocating to Raleigh, NC this summer and I can't tell you how excited I am about that. We will be closer to both sides of our family and we are looking forward to having the support and being supportive in return. To be honest, part of me wanted to wait until we moved and got settled in Raleigh before starting all of this but I didn't want to wait anylonger. I'm jumping in and I will figure everything out as I go. If you know me at all, you know that I am a planner and jumping first is not really my vibe, but hey new year new me right? Once we get settled, there are so many things I want to do and I will absolutely share them with you. Just bear with me for now. It will get better, I promise you.
