For much of my life, I struggled with fear and confusion around my own sexuality. I felt lost, even though I had a deep and undeniable curiosity about sex. For years, this conflict left me disconnected from myself.

Eventually, I made the choice to seek out education and understanding. What I discovered changed me—not only in my own healing, but also in realizing how many others share similar struggles. So many people carry shame, uncertainty, or unanswered questions when it comes to sexuality, pleasure, and identity.

That journey inspired me to create The Intimacy Practice—a space where sexuality, identity, and wellbeing come together. My mission is simple: to help people find themselves, gain the education they may have never received, and step into their own empowerment.

Because pleasure is not frivolous—it’s a powerful tool for connection, healing, and resilience in our stress-laden world. Everyone deserves to feel at home in their body, to enjoy intimacy, and to embrace sexuality without fear.
