Dear Heartbroken Girl

Dear Heartbroken Girl

Feb 14, 2024

Dear beautiful you,

Celebrate your first day of heartbreak. Yes, you heard me right.

Why would you want to celebrate pain, right?

Let me tell you why.

Because through this experience, life will make you tougher than you will ever know. Life becomes exciting, suddenly you are thrust into the unknown and you’ve got to build yourself back again.

No one is going to do it for you, so you’ve got to do it alone.

Fortunately, in this 30-day journey, you will have me as a guide.

Forget spending money on a journey to Tribeca. Forget about wasting your nights at the bar, drowning yourself in bitter gin. There’s got to be more than a broken heart and ugly sobbing.

If you haven’t noticed yet, we are not talking about blaming your man here.

No matter how your relationship ended, either through anger due to a third-party issue, or melancholy because he’s off to Canada, it all boils down to how you REACT and how you HEAL.

So yeah, let’s FOCUS on you and not on HIM (although I will not hesitate to throw eggshells on his car with you!).

But you might be asking me these questions: How do you know that these steps are effective? Have you ever been brokenhearted? Do you know anything about being smashed into pieces?

Um, yeah.

Just a disclaimer though, I am not a psychologist or a relationship expert. But I know heartbreak pain as much as any honest woman who ever truly loved a man on the face of this planet.

So let me tell you my story.

I fell in love with a guy with his round glasses, tall frame, broad shoulders, piercing dimples, and sharp eyes. In short, I was just a girl standing in front of a boy, asking him to kiss her. And kiss we did.

We were both each other’s first love. I could’ve not imagined any other future but a future with him on the front porch steps of our dream house and two cute twins.

We should’ve been the lucky ones, right? Or so I thought.

Alright, let’s fast-track to 5 years from now and I was left crying on the bathroom floor on the day of our 5th anniversary while he was spending his day at a café with the girl whom I was suspecting was his other girl. And I was right.

My whole life I avoided dating jerks, trusting my “jerk-dar,” or so I thought.

It took me a year to get over ugly sobbing and pity parties.

Throughout my heartbreak year, I experimented with “heartbreak healers” so I would stop whining at cafes with my friends while they were listening to my same old pity misery.

But of course, I will not stop you from meeting with your friends because all of us have different coping mechanisms. What I’m here for is for you to GET BETTER BY YOURSELF when you’re alone. Because well, our friends have lives too, you know.

Unless you want to keep listening to your mother or dear old aunt ranting about how “I told you so” and unless you really want them to bring you to a witch to curse his line then you must be diligent in performing the activities for 30 Days—you must INVEST these 30 Days for your Healing.

IF you haven’t felt better yet after 30 days, then you are welcome to repeat it for the next month until you can finally wake up one morning and forget his name (Okay, this is an exaggeration. You won’t forget his name because I won’t ask you to bump your head onto the wall.)

There’s NO MAGIC to healing. So, enjoy your healing period.

Do ONE AWESOME THING A DAY!

Get FULLY COMMITTED to INVESTING in your healing.

When you complete this 30-day journey, expect that you will:

• Heal through effective techniques tailored after

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs

• Regain full control of your emotions

• Learn to live in the present

• BE calmer, at peace, and connected to yourself

• Reignite your femininity and authenticity

• Maximize the joys of living

You will perform these activities in this personal guide that I’ve shared with you, but this guide will not ask you to do the following:

• Shell out unnecessary money in retail therapy

• Buy software applications that your phone doesn’t have space for

• Cry in bars so a gallant guy will buy you a drink (It’s not just a drink for nothing, by the way so I do not recommend this!)

• Travel to an unknown land that your manager won’t approve your leave for

• Contact your EX again to seek closure!

You are FREE to download all the documents I’ve shared with you and even PRINT them if you want!

Are you ready? If YES then start now!

To your healing,

The Heartbreak Fairy
