Dear kombucha supporters, drinkers, enthusiasts and friends of The Greek Gut,
You read it right. We have tested, designed, re-tested, re-designed, sent emails, researched, refined and finally (after over 3 years 😅) we have handed over our materials, knowledge and precious SCOBY to our trusted Co-packers. This is the moment we have all been waiting for--The ticket to getting our vision of a true and tasty Greek kombucha out on the market! 🥳
Just to get an idea, for the home-brew, it took us almost two weeks and we made around 90 bottles maximum per batch, now we have almost 300 that we made with our Co-packers in just a matter of days (which is really our test batch for going even bigger 🤩). We were relieved to find that our flavors and measurements carried over flawlessly and that our new bottles are cuter than ever, ready to be filled with more kombucha.
