Hi! I'm Kim Tisor, the host of The Good Place on YouTube. I began this channel in the spring of 2023 after I received a breast cancer recurrence and then six months later got laid off from my job in Christian media.

I truly needed something to lift my downward spiraling spirits and soon determined creating uplifting videos was the answer. Afterall, I had most everything I needed at home to get started, so I jumped right in.

While most of my videos are faith-related, I've also covered some of my breast cancer journey and shared my experience with having a TIA (mini-stroke) May 21st, 2025 while at work.

I never set out to make money from creating these videos, but when people began asking how to donate in support of my efforts, I figured I should establish a way. And let me tell you that the donations, no matter how small, are greatly appreciated because there are monthly fees associated with the software and equipment required to produce the videos.
