Today is national candy corn day! I happen to love candy corn, especially the little pumpkins. But I know a lot of people really dislike it, and every year around this time you see all of the post. Some people talk about how great it is and others talk about how horrible it is.
Those of us who love it defend it's honor on the haters post lol, of course it is all in fun. But you can get a very important lesson from candy corn and the great divide it causes among candy enthusiasts. Some people are going to love you and love what you do! And some people are not going to like you and may even talk bad about you, but those who love you will be there and often times will defend you! So it is fine if not everyone likes you, what is important is to be yourself and focus on those who love you. The rest will work itself out.
To often we get caught up in worrying if people are going to like us, if they will like what we are doing or if they are going to judge us. Do what you love and what you are passionate about, and you will attract those people who adore you and what you do, and just let the haters be.
