Anita Whyte Moran is an Irish journalist and the founder and host of The FEMCAST, a global podcast reaching listeners across 28 countries and 160+ cities.

A graduate of Journalism and New Media Content, Anita launched The FEMCAST after her own experience of workplace bullying and abuse — and the toll it took on her mental and physical health — led her to seek out the science behind why it happens and how people recover.

That search became the show's flagship series, The Bullied Brain, made in collaboration with award-winning educator and bestselling author Dr Jen Fraser, exploring the neuroscience of bullying, abuse, and trauma.

Since then, Anita has interviewed survivors, scientists, and other experts across domestic and workplace abuse, coercive control, and violence prevention — building The FEMCAST into a trusted space for honest, expert-led conversations on the modern female experience.
