Hi, I’m TheeQueenDee—a female Ready Mix driver, mom of four, and content creator based in Houston, Texas.

I’m passionate about showing women that they can succeed in industries where they are often underrepresented. Through my content, I share the reality of life behind the wheel, balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship, and a demanding blue-collar career. My goal is to inspire, educate, and encourage others to chase opportunities they may have never considered possible.

Whether I’m sharing trucking tips, documenting my daily work life, creating motivational content, or developing resources to help other women enter the industry, I’m committed to building a community that celebrates hard work, resilience, and confidence.

Your support helps me continue creating content, improving my equipment, developing educational resources, and dedicating more time to producing videos that inform and inspire. Every contribution, no matter the size, directly supports the work I do and helps me reach more people.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Your encouragement, support, and belief in my mission mean more than you know. Together, we’re showing the world that women can thrive anywhere—even behind the wheel of a concrete truck.

🚚💖 Stay safe, work hard, and keep chasing your goals.
